For the ideal development of our teas, we recommend that you take 1-2 teaspoons per cup (200ml) and let the tea steep at 100˚C for 5-7 minutes.
Then drink sips and enjoy!

The amount and duration of use of raspberry leaf tea should always be discussed individually with the supervising midwife or, if necessary, the supervising doctor.
Every woman is different and has different requirements that should be taken into account. If your blood pressure is too high, for example, it is not recommended to take raspberry leaf tea!
