Zubereitung
Für die ideale Entfaltung unserer Tees, empfehlen wir dir 1-2 Teelöffel pro Tasse (200ml) zu nehmen und den Tee bei 100˚C 5-7 Minuten ziehen zu lassen.
Danach schluckweise trinken und genießen!
Verzehrempfehlung:
- 2-3 Tassen pro Tag ab der Entbindung
- kann mit dem Stilltee kombiniert werden
- Wir empfehlen, diesen Tee sogar noch bis zu 2 Jahre nach den Entbindung zu trinken, bis sich der Hormonhaushalt und der Zyklus wieder reguliert hat.
